Guasa chat notice
In short: Guasa is an artificial intelligence parody. You are not talking to Nicolás Maduro, Cilia Flores, Delcy Rodríguez or anyone else in the cast, and they have not approved it. We do not store your conversations and nobody on our side reads them. If a reply crosses a line, tap Report under it.
1. What Guasa is
Guasa is a satirical chat. Each character's replies are generated automatically by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic), guided by excerpts of that public figure's own past public statements. The characters are deliberately confrontational: they deflect, boast and needle back, the way these figures do in public. It is parody and commentary about public figures, not a statement of fact. Replies can be wrong, out of date or invented. Do not rely on them for news, legal, medical or financial decisions.
No character is the real person, speaks for them, or is affiliated with or endorsed by them or any government.
2. Your privacy: what we do and do not see
- We do not store the text of your messages or of the replies. Our server keeps only a usage counter without content: an anonymous random identifier for your browser, which character you chatted with, the time, and the number of AI tokens used (to control costs and abuse).
- The site owner and staff cannot read your conversations. There is no log or panel where they could.
- To generate each reply, your message is sent to Anthropic, the AI provider, over an encrypted connection. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are automatically deleted from its systems within 30 days and are not used to train its models without permission. - The conversation lives only on your screen: close the chat or reload the page and it is gone.
- Hosting and security providers may keep IP addresses in their access logs; those logs do not contain what you type.
- The one exception is a report. If you tap Report, the reported reply and your message just before it are emailed to us so a person can review them. Nothing else from your chat is sent.
Don't type personal information you would not want an AI provider to process: full names of private people, addresses, phone numbers, IDs, health or financial details.
3. Content rules and reporting
The characters are designed to argue, not to harm. They are instructed not to threaten anyone, incite violence, attack people for their race, religion, nationality, sex or sexual orientation, produce sexual content, or make factual accusations about private individuals. AI can still get it wrong. Every character reply has a Report button: choose the reason, add a note if you want, and it reaches a person. You can also write to info@mailmaduro.com. We use reports to adjust the characters' instructions.
4. Age
Guasa is for adults (18+). It is not designed for children.
5. If you are going through a hard time
If you write that you are thinking about suicide or hurting yourself, the character steps out of the parody and points you to real help. In the United States, call or text 988 (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Outside the U.S., find a free local line at findahelpline.com. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

We wrote this notice with the following rules in mind. Listing them is not a claim that each applies to this site or to you.
